I am a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) with over 30 years of international experience in major law firms and in-house with a U.S.-headquartered automotive supplier. My core legal strengths include corporate, M&A, antitrust and commerical law but I have also gained significant management experience from senior leadership roles in a major German law firm and a pan-European law firm alliance.

- Founding President of ADVANT, a Swiss association and pan-European alliance of leading business law firms (2021 -2024).
